The Sylvania Franciscan Village presents the 8th annual Zero Waste Lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event is held in honor of St. Francis of Assisi with the goal of offering a lunch that produces zero waste, including serving ware. Lourdes University and St. Joseph Sylvania students, faculty, staff, Sisters, their employees and other friends of the Sylvania Franciscan Village are encouraged to join for a free lunch, games and the chance to win exciting raffle prizes and learn more about how to model sustainability and reduce our environmental footprint as a community.
